Helios Fans LFBR 400 G4

The Helios LFBR 400 G4 is an air filter designed for in-line installation within circular ducting in ventilation systems. The casing is constructed from galvanised sheet steel, providing robust protection and durability. Both ends feature spigots with double lip rubber seals to ensure a tight fit with matching nominal size ducting. The filter mat is made from synthetic fibre and classified as ISO Coarse 70% (G4), ensuring efficient filtration of coarse dust particles. It can withstand temperatures up to +100°C and complies with fire resistance standard DIN 53438 F1, being self-extinguishing. The filter is regenerable 10 to 15 times, allowing for cost-effective maintenance. It has a dust storage capacity of 122 g/​m², supporting long-lasting filtration performance.
