The Helios LFBR 315 G4 is an inline air filter unit designed for use with circular ducting in ventilation systems. It features spigots on both ends with double lip rubber seals for a secure fit with standard duct sizes. The robust casing is made from galvanised sheet steel and includes a convenient access panel with a clamp mechanism for quick filter replacement. The internal filter mat is made from synthetic fibre, rated at ISO Coarse 70% / G4, and offers a dust storage capacity of 122 g/m². This filter is temperature-resistant up to +100°C and complies with fire safety standard DIN 53438 F1. The mat is self-extinguishing and can be regenerated up to 10 – 15 times, making it a cost-effective and durable solution for effective air filtration.
