Helios Fans LFBR 160 G4

The Helios LFBR 160 G4 is a robust inline air filter unit designed for use in circular duct ventilation systems. It features spigots on both ends with double lip rubber seals to ensure an airtight connection to standard-sized ducting. The housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel, offering long-term durability. An access panel with a clamp allows quick and hassle-free filter replacement. Inside, the filter mat is made of synthetic fibre rated ISO Coarse 70% (G4), with a high dust storage capacity of 122 g/​m². This filter is temperature resistant up to +100°C and complies with DIN 53438 F1 fire safety standards. It is self-extinguishing and can be regenerated 10 to 15 times, making it a cost-effective, reusable solution for maintaining clean airflow in HVAC systems.
