Helios Fans LFBR 100 G4

The Helios LFBR 100 G4 is a robust inline air filter designed for circular duct installations in ventilation systems. Both ends feature spigots with double lip rubber seals to ensure a secure and airtight connection with standard duct sizes. Its galvanized sheet steel casing provides long-term structural integrity and protection. The unit includes an access panel with a clamp for quick and easy filter replacement. Inside, it houses a synthetic fibre filter mat classified as ISO Coarse 70% (G4), offering a high dust holding capacity of 122 g/​m². The filter is temperature resistant up to +100°C and meets DIN 53438 F1 fire safety standards. It is self-extinguishing and designed for regeneration, allowing up to 10 – 15 reuse cycles, making it an efficient and cost-effective solution for maintaining air quality
