The Helios Fans KWL HBX 250 WW R HygroBox is a high-efficiency humidification unit designed for active air treatment in apartments and shared indoor spaces. Built for installation or retrofit into ventilation and air-conditioning systems, it uses natural evaporation to maintain a stable indoor humidity level between 40% and 60% relative humidity.

The integrated warm water heating coil preheats incoming air to optimize evaporation performance. Air is humidified as it passes over a rotating aluminium blade evaporator, which sits inside a stainless steel water tray. The system draws water directly from the drinking water supply and maintains a consistent fill level through automatic regulation.

An advanced electronic control unit ensures safe and efficient operation, with real-time monitoring and control via a TFT touchscreen or building automation systems through Modbus. Hygiene is ensured through continuous UV‑C disinfection and automatic water replacement, while an integrated reverse osmosis unit prevents limescale buildup.
