Equipped with a warm water heating coil, the HygroBox preheats incoming air to enhance evaporation efficiency. The integrated rotary blade evaporator, made of aluminium and immersed in a stainless steel tray, releases moisture into the supply air stream. The device automatically draws water from the drinking water network, maintaining optimal fill levels.

Humidity levels can be precisely regulated within a range of 40% to 60% relative humidity. A built-in electronic control unit continuously monitors system performance and safety, with settings accessible via a built-in TFT touchscreen or through Modbus-compatible building management systems.

The unit maintains high hygiene standards with features such as continuous UV‑C disinfection, timed water replacement, and an integrated reverse osmosis unit to prevent limescale buildup.
