The Helios Fans KWL HBX 250 EH L HygroBox is an active humidifier engineered for integration with ventilation systems in residential and office environments. Tailored for units with airflow rates up to 250 m³/​h and configured for left-hand air supply, it ensures consistent, healthy indoor air humidity year-round.

Installed downstream of a KWL ventilation system with heat recovery, the HygroBox receives preheated supply air from the unit. Inside the HygroBox, a rotating bladed rotor operates within a water reservoir, releasing moisture into the incoming air through a natural evaporation process. This method efficiently transfers water molecules to the airflow via the wetted surface of the blades.

The system automatically regulates and maintains the target relative humidity, independent of outdoor weather or the operational level of the ventilation unit. This ensures an optimal indoor climate with balanced moisture levels for occupant comfort and well-being.
