Helios Fans KWL EC 800 S Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 800 S Pro WW is a compact, floor-mounted central ventilation unit engineered for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Designed to meet both VDI 6022 hygiene standards and the passive house standard, this system ensures exceptional energy efficiency and clean air supply.

Its robust construction features a double-walled galvanized steel housing with 30 mm insulation for optimal thermal and acoustic performance. The unit allows easy maintenance through side panel inspection openings secured with screws, and both side walls can be fully removed for unobstructed access to all internal components.

A high-efficiency aluminium cross counterflow heat exchanger provides up to 90% heat recovery. Two low-noise EC fans with backward-curved impellers support both constant airflow and constant pressure modes, controlled by intelligent onboard technology.

Filtration includes an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for intake air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter for the exhaust side, both monitored by pressure sensors and quickly replaceable without tools.

The integrated warm water heating element enables efficient post-heating of supply air, with temperature control handled directly through the system’s control interface. To regulate this heating element, the hydraulic unit (Type WHSHHE 24 V, 0 – 10 V) is available as an accessory.
