Helios Fans KWL EC 700 D Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 700 D Pro WW is an ultra-flat, ceiling-mounted ventilation unit offering advanced heat recovery capabilities for residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Certified according to VDI 6022 and the passive house standard, the unit ensures optimal hygiene and energy efficiency.

Its robust double-walled casing is made from galvanized steel and insulated with 30 mm of thermal and acoustic padding. Designed for ceiling installation, it comes with vibration-damping mounts and provides tool-free access to bottom-facing filter inspection openings.

At the heart of the unit is a large aluminium cross counterflow heat exchanger achieving up to 90% heat recovery efficiency. Two high-performance, low-noise EC fans with backward-curved blades ensure quiet, energy-efficient operation. The integrated control system supports both constant airflow and constant pressure regulation.

Standard filtration includes an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter on the intake side and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter on the exhaust side. All filters are pressure-monitored and easily replaceable.

The built-in warm water heating element allows precise post-heating of supply air, with temperature settings managed directly via the unit’s control system. For efficient regulation, the optional hydraulic control unit (Type WHSHHE 24 V, 0 – 10 V) is recommended.
