The Helios Fans KWL EC 700 D Pro is a compact ceiling-mounted ventilation unit designed for high-performance heat recovery and energy-efficient operation in residential and commercial buildings. Certified for passive house applications, it features a cross-countercurrent heat exchanger that delivers more than 80% recovery efficiency. The unit includes a stepless summer bypass system, ensuring full bypass capability for seasonal flexibility.

Equipped with durable, maintenance-free EC fans, this system offers selectable control modes — either constant airflow or constant pressure. The unit integrates seamlessly into smart building management systems through the ModBus protocol. An electric pre-heater battery is built in to maintain consistent performance during very cold conditions.

Operation is user-friendly via a modern touch panel that includes features such as a weekly timer, calibration settings, and a password-protected service menu. External dampers for intake and exhaust air can be controlled directly by the unit. Additional functions include standby activation via an external switch, as well as contacts for fire protection mode and external control integration.

For enhanced indoor air quality, the unit can be upgraded with optional CO2 or humidity sensors, enabling demand-controlled ventilation based on real-time air conditions
