Helios Fans KWL EC 60 Pro

The Helios Fans KWL EC 60 Pro is a wall-mounted ventilation unit designed for single-room ventilation with heat recovery. It incorporates a large aluminium plate heat exchanger with efficiency exceeding 70%, combined with modern EC motors that provide very low energy consumption.

The fan unit offers four speed settings and supports both supply and extract air operation. Its indoor fascia is made from high-quality polymer, while the fan casing is constructed from durable EPP material. Two energy-saving EC fans include fly screens and operate with two electrically controlled external shutters made of high-grade steel, which seal tightly during inactive periods. In the event of power interruptions, the shutters automatically open to ensure safety.

The unit features two G4 class electrostatically charged microstructured filters on both supply and extract air streams for optimal air purity. An optional F7 pollen filter (Ref. No. 9446) is available for the supply air. Condensate is discharged directly outside via the external fascia, which includes a built-in drainboard.

Speed control is managed through the standard KWL BCU controller, which includes a clock timer and multiple functions. Technical specifications include airflow rates of 17, 30, 45, and 60 m³/​h, power consumption between 4 and 14 W, noise levels ranging from 18 to 30 dB(A) at 3 meters, and a weight of 12.5 kg. The unit operates at 230 V and 50 Hz, with electrical connection via NYM‑J 3 x 1.5 mm² cable.
