Helios Fans KWL EC 2600 S Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 2600 S Pro WW is a compact, floor-standing central ventilation system designed for residential, commercial, and industrial use. It complies with hygiene and energy efficiency standards according to VDI 6022 and the passive house certification, with all components meeting rigorous hygiene requirements.

Constructed from double-walled galvanized steel with 30 mm thermal and sound insulation, the unit ensures quiet and efficient operation. Filter replacement is straightforward via inspection openings on both side panels, secured with screws, and the side walls can be fully removed to access internal components. Vibration dampers can be installed on-site to minimize transmission of vibrations and structural noise.

A large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger provides heat recovery efficiency of up to 90% and is easy to dismantle for maintenance. Two low-noise, high-performance EC fans with backward-curved impellers deliver excellent energy efficiency. The advanced control system offers constant volume or constant pressure regulation.

The unit is equipped with an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for incoming air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter on the extract air side; all filters are pressure-monitored and simple to replace. An integrated warm water heating element provides energy-efficient post-heating of the supply air, with temperature settings controlled via the control unit. For optimal management of the warm water heat exchanger, the hydraulic control unit (Type WHSHHE 24 V, 0 – 10 V) is recommended. This floor-standing ventilation unit supports airflow rates up to approximately 2600 m³/​h.
