Helios Fans KWL EC 2600 S Pro

The Helios Fans KWL EC 2600 S Pro is a compact, floor-standing central ventilation unit designed for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It meets stringent hygiene and energy efficiency standards in accordance with VDI 6022 and the passive house certification. Constructed from double-walled galvanized steel with 30 mm thermal and sound insulation, the unit offers quiet and efficient operation.

The ventilation system includes inspection openings on both side panels secured with screws, and the side walls can be fully removed for easy access to internal components. Vibration dampers can be installed on-site to prevent the transmission of vibrations and structural noise.

A large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger delivers heat recovery efficiencies up to 90% and can be removed with minimal effort for maintenance. Two low-noise, high-performance EC fans with backward-curved impellers ensure optimal energy efficiency. The advanced control technology supports both constant volume and constant pressure modes.

Standard filtration includes an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for incoming air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter on the extract air side, all pressure-monitored and simple to replace. An optional integrated warm water heating element is available for additional supply air heating. This floor-standing unit supports airflow rates up to approximately 2600 m³/​h.
