Helios Fans KWL EC 2000 D Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 2000 D Pro WW is an ultra-flat ventilation system designed for compact ceiling installation in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Certified for hygiene and energy efficiency according to VDI 6022 and passive house standards, the unit features a double-walled galvanized steel construction with 30 mm thermal and acoustic insulation on all sides.

Tool-free inspection openings at the bottom allow easy filter replacement, while vibration-damping mounting elements are included for quiet ceiling installation. The system includes a large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger with up to 90% heat recovery efficiency, which can be removed quickly for maintenance.

Equipped with two quiet, high-performance EC fans with backward-curved impellers, the unit offers optimal energy efficiency. The control system supports constant volume or constant pressure operation. Filtration includes an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for incoming air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter for extract air, both pressure-monitored and easily replaceable.

An integrated warm water heating element provides convenient and energy-efficient post-heating of supply air, with temperature settings controlled via the unit’s control element. For managing the warm water heat exchanger, the hydraulic unit WHSHHE 24 V (0−10 V) is recommended as an accessory. This ceiling-mounted unit supports airflow rates up to approximately 2000 m³/​h.
