Helios Fans KWL EC 1800 S Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 1800 S Pro WW is a compact, floor-standing central ventilation unit featuring heat recovery, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It complies with hygiene and energy efficiency standards according to VDI 6022 and passive house certification, with all components meeting strict hygiene requirements.

Constructed from double-walled galvanized steel with 30 mm thermal and acoustic insulation, the unit provides robust durability and quiet operation. Inspection openings on both side panels allow easy filter replacement, and the side walls can be fully removed for complete access to internal parts. The unit includes vibration dampers to minimize transmission of vibrations and structural noise.

The large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger offers up to 90% heat recovery efficiency and is easy to dismantle for maintenance. Two quiet, high-performance EC fans with backward-curved impellers deliver excellent energy efficiency. The advanced control system supports constant volume or pressure regulation.

An integrated warm water heating element provides energy-efficient post-heating of the supply air, with temperature settings managed via the control unit. For optimal operation, the optional hydraulic control unit (Type WHSHHE 24 V, 0 – 10 V) is recommended. This floor-standing model supports airflow rates up to approximately 1800 m³/​h.
