Helios Fans KWL EC 1400 D Pro WW

The Helios Fans KWL EC 1400 D Pro WW is an ultra-flat ventilation unit designed for compact, space-saving ceiling installation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It features independently certified hygiene standards and energy efficiency in accordance with VDI 6022 and passive house guidelines. The unit is constructed from double-walled galvanized steel with 30 mm thermal and acoustic insulation on all sides.

Access for filter replacement is made easy through tool-free inspection openings located at the bottom of the unit. Vibration-damping mounting elements are included to ensure quiet ceiling installation. The unit is equipped with a large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger that achieves up to 90% heat recovery efficiency and can be dismantled quickly for maintenance.

Two low-noise, high-performance EC fans with backward-curved impellers provide energy-efficient airflow. The advanced control system supports constant volume or constant pressure regulation. Standard filtration consists of an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for incoming air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter for extract air, both pressure-monitored and easily replaceable.

A built-in warm water heating element offers convenient and efficient post-heating of supply air, with temperature settings managed via the control unit. For optimal operation, the hydraulic control unit WHSHHE 24 V (0−10 V) is recommended for managing the warm water heat exchanger. This ceiling-mounted unit supports airflow rates up to approximately 1400 m³/​h.
