Helios Fans KWL EC 1400 D Pro

The Helios Fans KWL EC 1400 D Pro is a ceiling-mounted central ventilation system designed with integrated heat recovery and energy-efficient EC fans. It features a large surface aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger with an automatic bypass that offers full heat exchanger coverage, ensuring heat recovery efficiencies exceeding 80%, meeting passive house standards.

User operation is made simple through a graphic touchscreen interface with clear text and intuitive self-explanatory menus, including weekly scheduling, calibration options, and a code-protected service menu. The system allows for either constant airflow volume or constant pressure control to suit different ventilation demands.

An integrated electric pre-heater battery provides additional heating for extremely cold conditions. For maintaining a consistent supply air temperature, the unit can control an external warm water heater battery via an optional hydraulic unit (WHSH 1100 24V, 0 – 10V). The ventilation unit also manages external exhaust and intake air dampers and includes features such as standby mode activation through an external switch, fire alarm contact, and an additional input for external control.

For demand-oriented ventilation, the system supports CO2 and humidity sensors to automatically adjust airflow according to indoor air quality needs.
