Helios Fans KWL EC 1200 S Pro

The Helios Fans KWL EC 1200 S Pro is a central ventilation system designed for compact, floor-standing installation, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The unit meets stringent hygiene and energy efficiency standards, certified according to VDI 6022 and the passive house criteria. Constructed from double-walled galvanized steel with 30 mm thermal and sound insulation on all sides, it offers durable performance and noise reduction.

The ventilation system features a large aluminium cross-counterflow heat exchanger delivering heat recovery efficiency up to 90%. Two low-noise, high-efficiency EC fans with backward-curved impellers ensure maximum energy savings. The unit includes inspection openings on both side panels for easy filter replacement, and the side walls can be fully removed to allow complete access to internal components.

Equipped with vibration dampers to minimize structural noise transmission, the unit provides airflow rates up to approximately 1300 m³/​h. Standard filtration includes an ISO ePM1 55% (F7) filter for incoming air and an ISO ePM10 50% (M5) filter on the extract air side, both pressure-monitored and easy to exchange. An optional integrated warm water heating element is available for enhanced climate control. The advanced control system supports constant volume or pressure control, enabling efficient and flexible ventilation management.
