Helios Fans KWL 500 W L

The Helios Fans KWL 500 W L is a compact central ventilation unit designed for efficient supply and extract ventilation in residential buildings and apartments. It incorporates an advanced heat recovery system with a high-efficiency plastic counterflow heat exchanger, achieving up to 90% thermal recovery. The unit is built from powder-coated, galvanized steel with a double-walled design and 12 mm internal insulation for both thermal and acoustic performance.

Equipped with energy-saving EC fans, the system supports airflow rates up to approximately 500 m³/​h. It uses an ISO Coarse 75% (G4) filter to ensure clean outdoor air intake and offers an optional second filtration stage with either an ISO ePM1 50% (F7) fine filter or an activated carbon filter. On the extract side, a G4 filter protects the heat exchanger.

Maintenance is straightforward thanks to easily removable front panels, and all internal components are readily accessible. The KWL 500 W L features the modern Helios easyControls 3.0 system with integrated network connectivity, enabling convenient operation via PC, mobile devices, or building management systems. This model is configured as a left-hand version.
