Helios Fans KWL 250 W

The Helios KWL 250 W is a compact heat recovery ventilation unit engineered for central supply and extract air systems in residential spaces up to 190 m². Designed for smart integration, it features the Helios easyControls 3.0 system with built-in network access for intuitive operation and monitoring via web interface.

Its outer casing is made from white powder-coated galvanized steel, while the interior components use highly thermally insulating EPP for energy-efficient performance. The intake air connection can be configured for either the left or right side, with the default position on the right. All internal components are easily accessible through removable front panels, ensuring convenient maintenance.

This unit incorporates EC fans for low energy consumption and a large plastic cross-counterflow heat exchanger that provides up to 90% heat recovery efficiency. Outdoor air is filtered through an ISO Coarse 65% (G4) filter, with an optional second-stage filter available in ISO ePM1 50% (F7) or activated carbon for enhanced air quality. The extract air side is also protected by an ISO Coarse 65% (G4) filter placed before the heat exchanger.

With airflow rates reaching up to approximately 250 m³/​h, the KWL 250 W offers a reliable, energy-saving solution for modern residential ventilation with easy installation and smart operation.
