Helios Fans KVW 200÷4÷40÷20

The Helios KVW 200÷4÷40÷20 is a radial duct fan engineered for direct installation in rectangular duct systems. Its housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and features standardized channel flange profiles on both ends for easy integration. The motor and impeller unit is mounted on a swivel base, providing convenient access for servicing and cleaning.

The fan includes a forward curved drum impeller made of galvanized steel, delivering high airflow efficiency and quiet performance. The dynamically balanced impeller-motor assembly is enclosed in an aerodynamically optimized spiral casing with a nozzle at the inlet for smooth airflow.

Powered by a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor, the unit features a closed design with sealed, low-noise ball bearings and long-term lubrication. Thermal contacts are built into the winding and automatically reset after shutdown. Speed can be adjusted using a 5‑step transformer or continuously via electronic control. The motor winding is moisture-protected, and power connection is made through a factory-wired IP44-rated terminal box.
