The Helios KVD 400÷6÷80÷50 is a high-capacity radial fan designed for direct installation in rectangular duct systems. Its compact housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and includes standardized flange profiles on both ends for seamless duct integration. The motor and impeller assembly is mounted on a swivel bracket, allowing easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
The fan features a forward curved drum impeller made of galvanized steel, optimized for efficient airflow and quiet performance. The dynamically balanced motor-impeller unit is enclosed in an aerodynamically shaped spiral casing with a nozzle inlet to ensure smooth and consistent air movement.
This model is powered by a three-phase external rotor motor with a closed, maintenance-free design. Built-in thermal contacts provide protection, and the motor includes sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-term lubrication. Speed regulation is possible via a 5‑stage transformer, electronic control, or a Helios frequency converter with an all-pole sine filter. Electrical connection is managed through a pre-assembled IP54-rated terminal box for safe and reliable installation.
