The Helios KVD 355÷6÷70÷40 is a powerful radial duct fan engineered for direct installation in rectangular ventilation systems. It features a galvanized sheet steel housing with standardized flange profiles on both ends, allowing compact, space-saving integration into ductwork. A swiveling motor and impeller unit provides convenient access for cleaning and maintenance.
The forward curved drum impeller, made of galvanized steel, ensures high efficiency and low-noise operation. The impeller and motor unit is dynamically balanced and housed within an aerodynamically optimized spiral casing, with an integrated nozzle to support smooth airflow entry.
Powered by a three-phase external rotor motor, the fan includes built-in thermal contacts and a closed, maintenance-free design. The motor’s sealed ball bearings are long-life and low-noise, with windings treated for moisture resistance. Speed control is possible via a 5‑stage transformer, continuous electronic control, or through a Helios frequency converter equipped with an all-pole sine filter. Electrical connection is provided through a pre-installed IP54-rated terminal box.
