Helios Fans KVD 225÷4÷50÷25

The Helios KVD 225÷4÷50÷25 is a rectangular duct-mounted radial fan built for efficient airflow in ventilation systems. Its galvanized sheet steel housing includes standardized channel flange profiles on both sides, enabling seamless installation in ductwork. The motor and impeller unit is mounted on a swivel mechanism, allowing for easy servicing and maintenance.

This model features a forward curved drum impeller made from galvanized steel, designed for high efficiency and low sound levels. The dynamically balanced impeller is supported by an aerodynamically optimized spiral housing with an integrated inlet nozzle for improved air intake and performance.

The fan is driven by a robust three-phase external rotor motor with a closed design and built-in thermal contacts. It supports multiple speed control methods including 5‑step transformer control, continuous electronic adjustment, or integration with a Helios frequency converter equipped with an all-pole sine filter. The motor includes moisture-protected windings, sealed long-life ball bearings, and is entirely maintenance-free. Electrical connection is made via a pre-wired terminal box rated to IP54.
