Helios Fans KVD 200÷4÷40÷20

The Helios KVD 200÷4÷40÷20 is a high-performance radial fan designed for direct integration into rectangular duct systems. Its compact, space-saving housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel and fitted with standardized channel flange profiles for easy installation. The fan features a swivel-mounted motor and impeller unit, allowing for quick and convenient maintenance access.

At its core is a forward curved drum impeller made from galvanized steel, optimized for low-noise operation and high efficiency. The impeller and motor unit is dynamically balanced, while an aerodynamically designed spiral casing with an inlet nozzle ensures smooth airflow.

Powered by a three-phase external rotor motor, the fan includes built-in thermal contacts and a closed design for durability. The motor supports speed control via a 5‑step transformer, continuous electronic regulation, or operation with a Helios frequency converter equipped with an all-pole sine filter. It features moisture-resistant winding impregnation, maintenance-free sealed ball bearings, and long-term lubrication. Power connection is made through a pre-assembled terminal box rated to IP54.
