Helios Fans KSD 70/40

The Helios KSD 70/40 is a high-efficiency EC centrifugal fan engineered for in-line installation within rectangular duct systems. Its robust casing is constructed from galvanized steel, flanged at both ends for secure duct integration. Designed with maintenance in mind, the fan includes a swing-out motor and impeller unit that allows for easy cleaning and servicing.

The centrifugal impeller features backward curved blades made from durable polymer and is dynamically balanced to ensure low-noise operation. An aerodynamically optimized inlet nozzle enhances airflow performance.

Power is provided by an energy-efficient EC external rotor motor with IP54 protection. The motor is maintenance-free, interference-free, and equipped with ball bearings and integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both motor and electronics. Fan speed can be adjusted continuously using a potentiometer or via the EUR-EC universal control system. Electrical connection is managed through a standard IP54-rated terminal box mounted with a permanently attached cable.
