The Helios KSD 40/20 is a compact and durable duct silencer intended for use in ventilation systems to reduce operational noise. The housing is made from galvanized sheet steel and features connection flanges dimensioned for standard duct fan compatibility. It is suitable for installation on both the intake and exhaust sides of the ductwork.
The interior is lined with sound-absorbing mineral wool, while the airflow-facing surface is protected with a special fleece to prevent fiber erosion. This design ensures effective noise attenuation and long-lasting performance in HVAC applications.
