The Helios KSD 100/50 is a robust duct silencer engineered for noise reduction in ventilation and duct systems. Constructed from galvanized sheet steel, the housing includes connection flanges sized for compatibility with standard duct fans and is suitable for installation on both the suction and pressure sides of the duct.
Internally, the silencer is lined with high-density mineral wool to absorb sound effectively. The airflow-facing surface is covered with a protective fleece to prevent fiber abrasion and ensure long-term durability. This combination of materials and construction provides efficient attenuation of operational noise while maintaining airflow integrity within the system.
