The Helios KSB cold shrink tape is a high-performance sealing solution designed for use on spiral ducts, telephony silencers, flexible aluminium hoses, and various moulded components. This tape offers reliable sealing performance for HVAC and ventilation applications.
It is composed of a high-quality polyethylene carrier film combined with a vulcanizing adhesive layer, forming a self-vulcanizing, waterproof bond upon application. The tape is 50 mm wide and supplied in a 15-metre roll.
Designed to perform within a temperature range of –20 °C to +60 °C, the surface should be preheated when used below 5 °C for optimal adhesion. This makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations where durable, airtight sealing is required.
