Helios Fans KRW EC 225÷40÷20

The Helios KRW 225÷2÷50÷25 centrifugal fan is designed for direct installation in rectangular ductwork. Its housing is constructed from galvanized steel and includes standardized flange profiles on both ends, supporting a compact footprint and easy integration. The fan unit features a swing-out design, allowing simple access for service and cleaning.

The high-efficiency radial impeller incorporates backward curved blades made of both plastic and galvanized steel for reliable airflow. The impeller is dynamically balanced to G 6.3 per DIN ISO 1940 T.1, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation.

This model is powered by a single-phase AC external rotor motor with a sealed and maintenance-free design. It features built-in thermal protection with automatic reset, moisture-resistant winding impregnation, and durable, low-noise ball bearings with long-life lubrication. Fan speed can be regulated using either a 5‑step transformer or continuously via an electronic controller. Power is connected via a pre-installed terminal box rated to IP44.
