Helios Fans KRW EC 180÷30÷15

The Helios KRW EC 180÷30÷15 is a radial EC duct fan designed for direct installation into rectangular duct systems. It features a galvanized sheet steel housing with standardized channel flange profiles on both sides, offering a compact design. The motor and impeller assembly can be swung out to allow easy access for maintenance.

The fan is equipped with a high-performance radial impeller featuring backward curved blades made from plastic and galvanized steel. It operates vibration-free thanks to dynamic balancing and benefits from an aerodynamically optimized inflow via a nozzle for improved performance.

This model is powered by a highly efficient, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor rated to IP44 protection. The motor requires no maintenance, produces minimal radio interference, and uses ball bearings for reliable operation. It includes integrated electronic temperature monitoring for both the motor and electronics. Speed control is infinitely variable, achievable either by a potentiometer or via the universal EUR-EC control system. Electrical connection is provided through a standard terminal box rated IP54, mounted on the supplied cable.
