Helios Fans KRW 500÷4÷80÷50

The Helios KRW 500÷4÷80÷50 centrifugal fan is designed for direct installation within rectangular duct systems. Its galvanized sheet steel housing features standardized channel flange profiles on both sides, enabling a compact, space-saving setup. The fan unit’s motor and impeller assembly can be swung out, simplifying access for maintenance tasks.

This model includes a high-performance radial impeller with backward curved blades made from plastic and galvanized steel, providing efficient and reliable airflow. It operates with minimal vibration due to dynamic balancing to the G 6.3 quality level according to DIN ISO 1940 T.1 standards.

The fan is driven by a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor with a sealed design. It incorporates built-in thermal contacts connected in series with the winding for automatic resetting. The motor windings are impregnated to protect against moisture. Speed control is possible either continuously through electronic means or in steps via a 5‑step transformer. Long-lasting, low-noise ball bearings support quiet operation, and electrical connections are made through a pre-assembled terminal box rated IP44.
