Helios Fans KRW 450÷4÷70÷40

The Helios KRW 450÷4÷70÷40 is a centrifugal fan intended for direct installation within rectangular duct systems. Its galvanized sheet steel housing includes standardized channel flange profiles on both sides, offering a compact and space-efficient design. The motor and impeller assembly can be swung out to facilitate simple servicing.

This fan is equipped with a high-performance radial impeller with backward curved blades made from plastic and galvanized steel, delivering efficient airflow. It runs smoothly without vibration thanks to dynamic balancing in compliance with quality level G 6.3 under DIN ISO 1940 T.1.

The drive consists of a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor with a sealed construction. Integrated thermal contacts wired in series with the winding provide automatic reset protection. The motor winding is impregnated for moisture resistance. Fan speed can be adjusted continuously via electronic controls or in steps using a 5‑step transformer. The fan also features low-noise ball bearings with long-life lubrication. Electrical connection is provided through a pre-assembled terminal box with an IP44 rating.
