Helios Fans KRW 400÷4÷70÷40

The Helios KRW 400÷4÷70÷40 centrifugal fan is designed for direct installation into rectangular duct systems. Its housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel with standardized channel flange profiles on both sides, providing a compact and space-efficient solution. The fan unit includes a swiveling motor and impeller assembly, which allows straightforward access for servicing.

This model incorporates a high-performance radial impeller with backward curved blades made from plastic and galvanized steel, ensuring efficient airflow. The fan operates smoothly and quietly, benefiting from dynamic balancing to the G 6.3 quality level in accordance with DIN ISO 1940 T.1, which minimizes vibration.

The fan is powered by a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor with a sealed design. It features built-in thermal contacts wired in series with the winding for automatic resetting. The motor windings are impregnated for moisture protection, and speed can be adjusted either continuously via electronic control or in steps with a 5‑step transformer. Low-noise ball bearings with long-lasting lubrication contribute to quiet operation. Electrical connections are made through a pre-assembled terminal box rated to IP44.
