Helios Fans KRW 225÷2÷40÷20

The Helios KRW 225÷2÷40÷20 is a centrifugal fan engineered for direct installation in rectangular duct systems. Its compact housing, built from galvanized steel and fitted with standardized flanges on both ends, allows for efficient space usage. The fan unit includes a convenient swing-out motor and impeller assembly to simplify maintenance and cleaning.

Equipped with a high-efficiency radial impeller featuring backward curved blades made from plastic and galvanized steel, this model ensures robust airflow performance. Dynamic balancing to G 6.3 quality standard per DIN ISO 1940 T.1 minimizes vibration for smooth operation.

The drive is provided by a maintenance-free single-phase AC external rotor motor with a closed design. It features built-in thermal contacts wired in series with the winding for automatic reset, and the winding is moisture-protected through impregnation. The fan supports speed control via a 5‑step transformer or continuously through electronic regulation. It uses sealed, low-noise ball bearings with long-life lubrication. Electrical connection is handled via a pre-installed terminal box rated to IP44.
