Helios Fans KRW 180÷2÷30÷15

The Helios KRW 180÷2÷30÷15 is a duct-mounted centrifugal fan designed for direct installation in rectangular ventilation systems. It features a compact housing made of galvanized sheet steel with standardized flanged connections on both ends. The unit is designed for convenient servicing, incorporating a swing-out motor and impeller assembly for quick access.

The fan is fitted with a high-performance radial impeller with backward curved blades made from a combination of plastic and galvanized steel. It is dynamically balanced to quality level G 6.3 in accordance with DIN ISO 1940 T.1, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation.

Powered by a maintenance-free, single-phase AC external rotor motor with a fully enclosed design, the motor includes integrated thermal contacts wired in series with the winding for automatic reset. The windings are moisture-protected, and the motor features low-noise, sealed-for-life ball bearings. Speed can be controlled via a 5‑step transformer or adjusted continuously using an electronic controller. The electrical connection is made through a pre-installed IP44-rated terminal box.
