The Helios KRD EC 500÷80÷50 A is a rectangular EC centrifugal fan built for inline installation in rectangular duct systems. It features a galvanized steel casing with flanged ends and a compact design that facilitates maintenance through a swing-out motor and impeller assembly.
The fan includes a polymer centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades, dynamically balanced for quiet operation. The aerodynamically optimized inlet nozzle enhances intake airflow efficiency. Powered by a high-efficiency, speed-controllable EC external rotor motor, the unit offers IP54 protection, maintenance-free ball bearings, and interference-free operation. Integrated electronic temperature monitoring protects both the motor and its electronics.
Speed adjustment is stepless and can be controlled via a potentiometer or the universal EUR-EC control system. Electrical connections are made through a standard IP54-rated terminal box equipped with a permanently attached cable for reliable and straightforward installation.
