Helios Fans KRD EC 450÷70÷40

The Helios KRD EC 450÷70÷40 is a rectangular EC centrifugal fan designed for inline installation within rectangular duct systems. It features a galvanized steel casing with flanged ends, offering a compact and service-friendly design that allows the motor and impeller unit to swing out for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.

This fan is equipped with a polymer centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades, dynamically balanced to reduce noise levels. Its intake airflow is enhanced by an aerodynamically optimized inlet nozzle. The energy-efficient EC external rotor motor provides speed control with high efficiency and is protected to IP54 standards. Maintenance-free ball bearings ensure smooth and quiet operation, while integrated electronic temperature monitoring safeguards the motor and electronics.

Speed can be adjusted steplessly via a potentiometer or through the universal EUR-EC control system. The fan’s electrical connection uses a standard IP54 terminal box with a permanently attached cable, simplifying installation and ensuring reliability.
