Helios Fans KRD 560÷6÷80÷50

The Helios KRD 560÷6÷80÷50 is a rectangular centrifugal fan designed for direct installation in rectangular duct systems. Its galvanized steel casing features flanged connections on both ends and a compact design for ease of installation and maintenance. The fan includes a swing-out motor and impeller assembly, allowing simple cleaning and servicing. For sizes 450 and above, this assembly includes additional locking for enhanced safety.

This model utilizes a highly efficient centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades made from impact-resistant polymers and galvanized steel. The impeller is dynamically balanced to Class G 6.3 in accordance with VDI 2060 and ISO 1940 standards, ensuring quiet and smooth operation. The fan is driven by a totally enclosed, three-phase external rotor motor with integrated thermal contacts wired to the terminal block. Speed can be controlled using a 5‑step transformer, a stepless electronic controller, or a Helios frequency inverter equipped with an all-pole sinus filter. The motor features maintenance-free, low-noise sealed-for-life ball bearings and tropical winding protection. The mains connection is provided through a pre-installed IP55-rated terminal box.
