Helios Fans KRD 450÷4÷70÷40

The Helios KRD 450÷4÷70÷40 is a rectangular EC centrifugal fan designed for inline installation within rectangular duct systems. Its casing is made of galvanized steel, featuring flanged ends and a compact, service-friendly design that allows easy cleaning and maintenance through a swing-out motor and impeller assembly.

This model incorporates a high-performance radial impeller with backward curved blades crafted from plastic and galvanized steel, dynamically balanced to quality level G 6.3 according to DIN ISO 1940 T.1 standards, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation. The fan is powered by a three-phase external rotor motor with integrated thermal contacts and a fully enclosed design. Speed control can be achieved via a 5‑stage transformer, electronic continuous control, or through a Helios frequency converter equipped with an all-pole sine filter. The motor windings feature moisture-resistant impregnation, and the unit includes maintenance-free, low-noise ball bearings with long-lasting lubrication. The mains supply connects through a pre-installed IP54-rated terminal box.
