The Helios KLF 80/50 G4 is a high-capacity filter box built from galvanized sheet steel, designed for integration into ductwork via flanged connections on both ends. It includes a lid with quick-release fasteners, allowing for easy opening or removal during filter maintenance. Inside, a large-format pocket filter is mounted on a stable support frame, providing excellent dust collection. The filter is constructed from reusable synthetic fiber, rated at G4, with a high-density build of 190 g/m². It complies with DIN 53438 F1 standards for flame resistance. Offering a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m², this unit supports installation in any orientation.
