The Helios KLF 80/50 F7 is a duct filter unit made from galvanized sheet steel, featuring connection flanges on both sides for straightforward installation into air distribution systems. It comes with a lid secured by quick-release fasteners, making filter access and replacement fast and simple. Inside, a generously sized pocket filter is mounted on a stable support frame to ensure high dust absorption. The filter is made from regenerable synthetic fiber, classified as G4, with a consolidation density of 190 g/m², and is flame-retardant according to DIN 53438 F1. It achieves a separation efficiency of 91.3% and supports a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m². The unit can be installed in any orientation.
