The Helios KLF 70/40 G4 is a filter box constructed from galvanized sheet steel, with flanged ends for direct connection to duct systems. Its lid is equipped with quick-release fasteners, allowing for convenient access and filter replacement. The internal pocket filter is mounted on a support frame and offers large surface dimensions for efficient dust collection. Made from regenerable synthetic fiber, the G4-rated filter has a dense structure of 190 g/m² and is self-extinguishing in accordance with DIN 53438 F1. It provides a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust storage capacity of 354 g/m². This unit supports installation in any orientation.
