The Helios KLF 70/40 F7 is a robust filter unit made from galvanized sheet steel, designed for easy installation into duct systems via connection flanges on both ends. The top cover features quick-release fasteners, allowing for simple removal or opening to access the internal filter. A large-format pocket filter mounted on a supportive frame ensures effective dust capture. The filter is constructed from reusable synthetic fiber, rated G4, with a consolidation weight of 190 g/m². It meets flame-retardant standards in accordance with DIN 53438 F1. Offering a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m², this unit supports installation in any position.
