The Helios KLF 60÷30−35 G4 is a duct-mounted filter box constructed from durable galvanized sheet steel, with flanged connections on both sides for straightforward channel integration. The unit is equipped with a lid that can be opened or removed using quick-release fasteners, allowing for easy filter maintenance. Inside, a generously sized pocket filter is mounted on a sturdy support frame to deliver high dust retention. The filter media is made from reusable synthetic fiber, classified as G4 with a density of 190 g/m², and is flame-retardant in compliance with DIN 53438 F1. With a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m², the unit is suitable for installation in any orientation.
