The Helios KLF 50÷25−30 G4 is a duct-mounted filter unit constructed from galvanized sheet steel, featuring flanges on both ends for secure channel integration. It is designed with a quick-release lid that can be opened or removed for easy filter replacement. Inside, the unit houses a large-format pocket filter set on a supporting frame to ensure efficient dust collection. The filter is made of reusable synthetic fiber, rated at G4 with a consolidation density of 190 g/m², and is self-extinguishing in line with DIN 53438 F1 standards. Offering a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m², this unit is suitable for installation in any orientation.
