The Helios KLF 50÷25−30 F7 is a filter unit made from galvanized sheet steel and includes flanged connections on both sides for easy integration into duct systems. The lid is secured with quick-release fasteners, allowing fast removal and access for filter replacement. It houses a generously sized pocket filter mounted on a support frame to ensure high dust absorption. The filter is reusable, made from synthetic fiber, and rated G4 with a dense structure of 190 g/m². It complies with DIN 53438 F1 for flame resistance, achieving a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m². The unit supports installation in any orientation.
