The Helios KLF 40/20 G4 is a compact filter unit made from galvanized sheet steel, equipped with connection flanges on both ends for easy installation into duct systems. The cover features quick-release fasteners, enabling easy access for filter replacement. A large-sized pocket filter, mounted on a supportive frame, ensures high dust capture performance. The reusable synthetic fiber filter is rated G4, tightly bonded with a density of 190 g/m², and meets DIN 53438 F1 standards for flame resistance. It achieves a separation rate of 91.3% and holds up to 354 g/m² of dust. The unit is suitable for mounting in any orientation.
