The Helios KLF 40/20 F7 filter box is constructed from durable galvanized sheet steel and features flanges on both sides for seamless duct installation. Its lid is fitted with quick-release fasteners, allowing for fast and easy filter replacement. The unit includes a generously sized pocket filter mounted on a support frame to ensure high dust absorption. The filter is manufactured from reusable synthetic fiber, classified as G4 with a dense structure of 190 g/m². It is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 53438 F1. This model provides a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m². It can be mounted in any position.
