The Helios KLF 100/50 G4 is a robust filter unit built with galvanized sheet steel and fitted with flanged connections on both ends for straightforward duct integration. Its lid, secured with quick-release fasteners, can be opened or detached for easy filter maintenance. The large-format pocket filter is mounted on a support frame to maximize dust retention. Made from reusable synthetic fiber, the G4-rated filter is highly consolidated at 190 g/m² and is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 53438 F1. It delivers a separation efficiency of 91.3% and a dust holding capacity of 354 g/m². The unit is suitable for installation in any orientation.
